It is also ideal for those following a keto diet as it's 51% fat and only 8% carbs, of which only 1% is sugar. The chocolate is very smooth and has a nice bitterness to it. However, some customers have noted that the quality may not always be Consistent. Some bars may have been overheated or have white patches which could be concerning.
