- The backrest is adjustable in 12 stages -8° to 85°, and the seat is adjustable in 6 stages -10° to 45° The pads are made from REPs original CleanGrip material, which offers excellent grip strength. Can also be stored in an upright position
- ZeroGap technology that eliminates gaps between the seat and back pad in all positions by sliding the seat forward and backward Seat features a patent-pending ratchet system for easy angle adjustment without pulling pins
- With the separately sold leg roller attachment, you can also perform leg-anchored exercises such as decline press, decline sit-ups, and Nordic hamstring curls
