- Brings the joy of eating back.Food ThickenerPrecisionActive Ingredients:1 Tbsp: Calories 20; Total Fat 0 g; Sodium 10 mg; Total Carbohydrate 4 g; Protein 0 g; Modified Corn StarchSlowly add the recommended amount to the liquid. Stir briskly with a spoon, fork or whisk until the thickener is dissolved or e hand mixer or blender at low speed for no more than 5-10 seconds. DO NOT OVERMIX.
