The bags have dimensions of 11.41 inches and can be boiled for four hours at 100 degrees celsius. The product is BPA-free and does not produce any odor when boiled in water. However, the bags cannot be used in a microwave for cooking. One roll contains quite a lot of bags; these can be rinsed and recycled, but leftover food should be removed before recycling. Overall, the Anova Culinary Precision Vacuum Sealer Bags are great quality products. They are handy for sous vide cooking and freezer storage, and the vacuum sealer provides excellent results. However, some customers were disappointed with the quality of the bags, as they came with wrinkles that made it difficult to obtain a good vacuum/seal.
