Defiant Space Infinite Void is a science fiction novel that follows an interesting premise of seeking help to keep your world. The book features many twists and turns, which though interesting at first, became too many and more odd, which led one of the reviewers to reConsider reading the novel further. However, the majority of the reviewers found the book to be an excellent read that was very enjoyable from start to finish. The writing style of the author is highly appreciated by the reviewers. Within the first 2 pages, the author could immerse the readers in the author's universe and never left it since then. Also, the author has real skills and imagination, which takes the readers into what could be the world in a few hundred thousand years. The author, Rimington, has brilliantly built up the universe with great skill and care, exploring many concepts and lore introduced in the short stories, which were further explored here, inspiring wonder and awe. However, some of the reviewers felt that the book could have benefitted from exploring more of each of the main characters' pasts to understand them better.
