However, if you have shoes in a lighter colour such as dusty rose, it is best to test the cream in an inConspicuous area as it might darken the colour of the leather. To use, wipe the uppers with a damp cloth and if the leather looks a little dry, apply the cream with the built-in sponge applicator tip. Wait for the cream to dry and then buff it out with a horsehair shoe shine brush or a soft buffing cloth. ECCO recommends using their waterproof spray as the final step, but it is not necessary to apply this product daily.
