The Lego set being sold (Deborah's toys) is an authentic set. The set is overpriced because it is no longer produced, and demand is high. Customers who purchased the set found that it looked just like the pictures and was a great addition to any collection. Parents reported that their children loved the toy and played with it for hours on end. Reviewers mentioned that the mask was beautiful and that the frame was unique. However, the gold leg armor did not go well with the rest of the set, and the body felt awkward while wearing it. Also, the shoulder armor on Kopaka gets in the way of arm movement. Melum, a part of the set, does not add any value. The gun is excellent, but it's hard to find ammunition if you shoot it. Overall, if you are a die-hard Kopaka fan, then the set is worth the purchase. But if you're looking for a Bionicle that works well and looks good, another set like Gali is a better choice.

- Frame Consists of more than armor pieces snapped onto Hero Factory bone pieces
- Many of the pieces, such as the silver armor plating and the Technic parts in the arms, are useful for general Bionicle building
- Feels more like classic Kopaka (i.e., the competent one) than last year's Kopaka (i.e., the big, clumsy one)
- The appearance can be improved by scrapping Melum and rebuilding some of Kopaka's parts
