It is made up of glycerin, pine needle oil with a mild flavor and has a pH of 6.5 which is neutral. Customers have used this product to heal gum infections and dry mouth, and it has been helpful. Furthermore, customers also use it as a disinfectant for cuts and scrapes. However, the packaging and delivery of this product have been faulty for some customers and have caused problems. The product has leaked in transit, and some bottles have arrived with a broken seal. Additionally, some customers have received a bad batch with pine tar oil, cloudy and globules of oil floating on top, which burns the mouth painfully. The company has exhibited poor quality control and customer services, and refunds have been delayed.
