Serta Cooling Pillows Serta Cooling Pillows claim to offer a cooling effect, but according to customer feedback, this claim isn't very accurate. Some customers found that these pillows were warmer than other pillows they have used and didn't offer any cooling features. Additionally, the filling of the pillows Consists of chopped up pieces of foam and other material that didn't provide the expected comfort or support, flattening out when in use. Some customers also reported that the pillows had a strange, chemical smell that was quite strong. One customer found that the pillows were dirty and not in good condition, but didn't return them due to the hassle. Overall, it seems that the Serta Cooling Pillows didn't live up to customers' expectations and that the pillows were flat, uncomfortable, and not cooling.
