These pills are easy to swallow and they are a great alternative to eating liver as a source of iron. However, some customers have reported negative experiences with the product. One customer who has problems with IBS with Constipation reported that after taking only two doses of the supplement, they developed almost complete shut down of their bowel for two weeks. Another customer reported that they only received one bottle of the product instead of the three they paid for and did not receive a resolution to the issue.
