The camera uses SD memory instead of a USB cable to transfer files and comes with a rechargeable battery and charger. It lacks an automatic shutoff feature, but the lens moves out when on, making it hard to forget about it. However, note that the camera's memory card door may become weaker over time, so it's best to use a cable to download photos. It's also possible to download pictures from the camera to a smartphone. The camera produces very clear photos, and the battery lasts a long time. However, the screen may not be clear when taking pictures outside.
