Answer: It's adjustable for various sizes but effective only if the width of your steering wheel's crossing position is ≤7 cm. -

Answer: It fits my Ford Transit, so it should fit your Ford. It is very easy to use. -

How do you test the alarm on the steering lock to make sure it is working?
Answer: Install 3 section 7th battery. After 8 seconds, the lock will turn into the warning state. The LED indicator light will start flashing. Shake or touch the tail of the lock, the warning light will flash rapidly, and after 8 seconds, it will alarm. -

What size batteries does it require?
Answer: AA batteries. -

How often do you change the batteries?
Answer: I've only had it for 2 months, and the battery is still good. It should last 6 to 12 months. If the red light is still flashing, it should be okay. -

Will it fit on a BMW 5 Series?
Answer: It fits nearly all cars as it is adjustable for the steering wheel and length. -
Question:
Will the alarm activate if the car is jacked up from the side, thus protecting against catalytic converter theft?
Answer: Probably not. It will only activate if you shake the car a lot.
