Answer: Operation is the same, will work. Just note that pedal comes with pins pre-soldered but not plastic connector. Will have to use one from throttle bar or splice direct. Also, you need clearance under pedal. When fully pressed, metal piece in center sticks out about an inch underneath. -

Which wire is positive, negative, and output?
Answer: Red wire for positive, yellow wire for negative and green wire for signal. -
Question:
Is this a Hall effect sensor? Or is it only a full on/off switch?
Answer: It's a 5v hall effect. The pedal has a pretty strong spring. Works pretty good for my application. -

How do you wire it up to a brushless controller? my controller has a 'low level (white / black)' and 'high level (yellow only)' brake wires.
Answer: The controller should have an input for the pedal - 3 wires, usually black/red/blue. Connect black to black, red to red and green to blue (or you might have green instead of blue then to green). -

Will this work with a 3000w brushless motor with controller (used for kart)? Thanks.

The KIMISS motorcycle pedal rubbers are a universal fit for electric bikes, scooters and ATVs. The pedal is designed to replace the handlebar twist throttle for a 48v ebike brushless hub motor or any other motor that requires a foot accelerator throttle. However, note that the pedal comes with pre-soldered pins but not a plastic connector, so you will need to use one from the throttle bar or splice directly. The pedal needs clearance underneath since when it is fully pressed, the metal piece in the center sticks out about an inch. The three wires are colored red for positive, yellow for negative, and green for signal. The hall effect sensor produces a 12V output signal range. Current input and output limit is 10A. Note that it is designed for 24V and not fit for 12V.
